Laura’s the engine behind Dark Energy Fitness. With 16+ years in the fitness industry, 10 years in the British Army, and a day job in cyber security, she’s got serious grit—and brings it to every class.
She’s a natural motivator who’ll coach you hard, hype you up, and make sure you leave stronger than you arrived. Her sessions are loud, focused, high-energy, and 100% judgment-free. You’ll sweat, you’ll swear, and you’ll come back for more.

Wink is more than just a gym dog — he’s a full-time emotional support unit and unofficial head of morale. If you’re struggling through your reps, he’s there. If Laura leaves the room, he’s howling. And if there’s cuddles going, he’s first in line. With elite-level fluff and an even stronger attachment style, Wink takes his role seriously — and he will judge your burpees.
